Job Description

At Nelnet, we are looking for an exceptional Call Center Supervisor who is passionate about delivering a superior customer experience. We are looking for a person who is outgoing, organized, and highly motivated to join our team. The ideal candidate will have the ability to foster a positive and productive team, while also having the skills to provide exceptional customer service.The successful candidate will have a minimum of two years of call center experience, with at least one of those years being in a supervisory role. They will also have a strong working knowledge of call center technologies and practices. In addition to the technical skills, this individual will also need to possess strong communication, problem solving, and customer service skills. Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of call center representatives to ensure exceptional customer service • Monitor call center performance against customer service goals and objectives • Troubleshoot customer service problems and implement appropriate solutions • Provide training and guidance to call center representatives on customer service processes and procedures • Coach and motivate call center representatives to achieve customer service targets • Utilize call center technologies and practices to enhance customer service operations • Develop and implement strategies for customer service improvement • Establish and maintain rapport with clients to ensure customer satisfaction • Ensure compliance with customer service policies and procedures • Monitor customer feedback and develop strategies for customer service improvement • Identify opportunities for process improvement and customer service optimization
