Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service operations, customer satisfaction, and team performance.
- Monitor customer service operations and adjust as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain training programs for call center staff to ensure consistent customer service practices.
- Coach and mentor call center staff to increase productivity and performance.
- Monitor customer service metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Analyze and report on team and individual performance.
- Develop and maintain call center policies and procedures.
- Manage customer service software applications and systems.
- Resolve customer complaints and disputes in a timely manner.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and disputes.
