Job Description

You should also have a good understanding of customer service practices, customer needs, and industry trends. Experience in managing call center operations and customer service software applications is also desired.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service operations, customer satisfaction, and team performance.
  2. Monitor customer service operations and adjust as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
  3. Develop and maintain training programs for call center staff to ensure consistent customer service practices.
  4. Coach and mentor call center staff to increase productivity and performance.
  5. Monitor customer service metrics and identify areas for improvement.
  6. Analyze and report on team and individual performance.
  7. Develop and maintain call center policies and procedures.
  8. Manage customer service software applications and systems.
  9. Resolve customer complaints and disputes in a timely manner.
  10. Handle escalated customer inquiries and disputes.
