Job Description

Nelnet is looking for a motivated and experienced Application Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to clients in order to ensure optimal use of Nelnet applications. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service, a high level of technical aptitude, and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues. Responsibilites:

  1. Provide technical support to Nelnet clients by troubleshooting technical issues and ensuring optimal use of Nelnet applications.
  2. Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner and resolve customer issues.
  3. Analyze customer feedback and provide solutions to improve customer experience.
  4. Monitor client usage of Nelnet applications and identify potential issues.
  5. Monitor and maintain system performance and integrity.
  6. Work with other teams to ensure successful implementation of new applications and features.
  7. Proactively identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for improvement.
  8. Document customer feedback and technical issues.
  9. Prepare and maintain technical documentation.
  10. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Nelnet applications and technologies.
