Nelnet is looking for an experienced and motivated Application Support Specialist to join our team and provide exceptional customer service to our clients. As an Application Support Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining the stability and functionality of our applications, ensuring our clients have the best user experience. We are looking for a self-starter with the technical skills and customer service experience necessary to make a difference in our organization.To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 5 years of IT-related experience. You must have a demonstrated proficiency in problem solving, troubleshooting, and customer service. In addition, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently.
