Oversee and analyze operational accounting processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Utilize strong background in accounting to identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues.
Conduct regular audits and reviews to maintain the integrity of financial data.
Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.
Prepare and present reports on financial data to management.
Implement and maintain accounting policies and procedures.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in accounting.
Train and mentor junior team members on accounting processes and procedures.
Proactively identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for process enhancements.
Communicate effectively with team members and management to provide updates and address any concerns.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal controls.
Perform ad hoc analysis and projects as assigned by management.
Manage and prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
Continuously strive for process improvement and optimization.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or Related Field.
At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In Accounting Or Financial Analysis.

Knowledge Of Gaap Principles And Experience With Financial Statement Analysis.
