- Develop and implement the overall SAP data and analytics strategy for NBCUniversal Media.
- Lead and manage a team of data and analytics professionals to ensure successful execution of the strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and opportunities for data and analytics solutions.
- Utilize strong understanding of SAP systems to design and implement effective data and analytics solutions.
- Drive business growth and operational efficiency through data and analytics insights and recommendations.
- Monitor and analyze data trends, identify areas for improvement, and make strategic recommendations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in SAP data and analytics to continuously improve the company's strategy.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration on data and analytics initiatives.
- Create and present reports and presentations to senior leadership on the progress and impact of data and analytics initiatives.
- Maintain a high level of data accuracy and integrity throughout all processes and systems.
- Develop and manage budgets for data and analytics projects and initiatives.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of data and analytics processes.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant data privacy and security regulations.
- Mentor and develop team members to foster a high-performing and collaborative culture.
- Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and improvement in the data and analytics field.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Systems, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience Working With Sap Data And Analytics Tools, Including Sap Hana, Sap Businessobjects, And Sap Data Services.
Extensive Knowledge Of Data Warehousing, Etl Processes, And Data Modeling Techniques.
Proven Experience Leading And Managing Large-Scale Data And Analytics Projects In A Fast-Paced Environment.
Excellent Communication, Leadership, And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Stakeholders.
