• Oversee all aspects of workplace operations and engineering for our Versant offices, including but not limited to facility maintenance, security, cleaning, and office supplies.
• Develop and implement strategies to create a positive and productive workplace environment for our employees.
• Lead and manage a team of workplace operations and engineering professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
• Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure seamless integration of workplace operations and engineering initiatives.
