13. Serve as a trusted advisor and resource to employees on HR policies, procedures, and programs.
14. Prepare and present reports and updates to senior leadership on HR metrics and initiatives.
15. Represent NBCU Local Philadelphia and NBCUniversal Media in a professional and positive manner at all times.
