- Conduct thorough research on the current anime market and trends, identifying potential opportunities and risks for the company.
- Manage and maintain relationships with external partners, such as studios, licensors, and distributors, to secure rights and resources for anime productions.
- Oversee the budget and schedule of each anime project, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content within allocated resources.
- Hire and manage a team of animators, voice actors, and other production staff, providing guidance and support throughout the production process.

Bachelor's Degree In Film, Media Studies, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Producing Anime Content, Preferably At A Major Media Company
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Creating And Managing Anime Projects From Concept To Completion
Strong Understanding Of The Anime Industry, Including Current Trends And Audience Preferences
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Various Teams And Stakeholders To Ensure The Success Of Anime Projects.
