- Manage and maintain accurate programming and commercial schedules for various media platforms.
- Ensure timely delivery of programming and commercials by monitoring and tracking airtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate scheduling and resolve any conflicts.
- Perform regular inventory checks and update inventory management systems.
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders regarding any changes or updates to schedules.
- Assist in creating and distributing daily and weekly reports to track traffic and inventory.
- Help troubleshoot and resolve any issues or discrepancies in scheduling or inventory.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all programming and commercial schedules.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in media scheduling and inventory management.
- Provide support to the Traffic department as needed, including administrative tasks and ad-hoc projects.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations, in all aspects of scheduling and inventory management.
- Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Contribute ideas and suggestions for process improvements and efficiency.
- Uphold a high level of professionalism and represent the company in a positive manner.
- Continuously strive to maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
Bachelor's Degree In Communications, Marketing, Or Related Field.
Previous Experience In Traffic Or Advertising Operations At A Media Company.
Strong Organizational Skills And Ability To Multitask In A Fast-Paced Environment.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Various Teams And Departments.
Familiarity With Industry-Specific Software And Systems, Such As Wideorbit And Nielsen Ratings.
