Technical Manager

You will be responsible for providing front-line management of personnel, facilities, equipment, operations and technology for a customer driven production operations group. Follow up on all reliability tickets with engineering and operations. Assess workflow changes for increased reliability. Ensure efficient utilization of company resources within a fast paced rapidly changing environment. Work with scheduling and operations managers to identify efficiencies in the daily schedule. Contribute to the performance review process. Assist in the strategic financial planning process and the development and tracking of short and long-term budgets. Maintain technical and broadcast quality. Work closely with engineering to ensure all equipment meets client expectations.
