1. Develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy for the APAC region, aligned with the overall business goals and objectives of NBCUniversal Media.
2. Collaborate with hiring managers and HR business partners to understand their hiring needs and create job descriptions that attract top talent.
3. Proactively source and identify potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
4. Conduct thorough and efficient screening and assessment processes to ensure the best fit for open positions.
5. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating feedback, and extending job offers.
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
7. Keep up-to-date with market trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve and optimize the recruitment process.
8. Collaborate with other HR functions, such as compensation and benefits, to ensure competitive and fair offers are made to candidates.
9. Utilize data and analytics to track and report on recruitment metrics, providing regular updates to HR and business leaders.
10. Represent NBCUniversal Media at job fairs, industry conferences, and other events to promote our employer brand and attract top talent.
11. Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on recruitment best practices and market insights.
12. Stay informed about legal and compliance requirements related to recruitment, ensuring all processes and procedures are in line with company policies and regulations.
13. Assist with other HR projects and initiatives as needed to support the overall talent strategy of NBCUniversal Media.
