
Talent Acquisition Operations Coordinator
The Talent Acquisition Operations Coordinator role will have 50/50 split responsibility between supporting the VP Talent Acquisition and supporting the Talent Acquisition Operations team. Schedule appointments & organize and maintain the VP’s calendar. Coordinate logistics for staff meetings with 100+ participants. Prepare PowerPoint presentations. Maintain confidential and sensitive information. Special Projects as assigned. Collaborate with fellow Ops Team members, TA Leadership and Recruiters to understand the operational needs. Assist with recruitment system troubleshooting & provide timely follow-up to inquiries from the Talent Acquisition team. Help with onboarding of new hires on the TA team. Maintain team shared drive to include updating templates, documents, etc.
Minimum 1 year of experience, inclusive of internships working in Talent Acquisition, HR or related experience in meeting fast-paced client needs
