- Create and manage a comprehensive performance marketing plan, including budget allocation, channel selection, and campaign optimization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of performance marketing efforts with overall marketing strategy
- Utilize data and analytics to inform decision making and continuously improve performance across all campaigns
- Stay abreast of industry trends and developments in digital media to identify new opportunities and optimize existing strategies
- Lead and mentor a team of performance marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals and contribute to the overall success of the company
- Build and maintain relationships with key partners and vendors to leverage their expertise and resources in support of performance marketing efforts
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for future improvements
- Collaborate with creative teams to ensure messaging and creative assets are optimized for performance marketing channels
- Stay informed on industry regulations and compliance requirements to ensure all campaigns are in line with legal and ethical standards.
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Performance Marketing Planning, Preferably Within A Media Or Entertainment Company.
Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Business Administration, Or A Related Field. Master's Degree Preferred.
Demonstrated Success In Developing And Executing Large-Scale Marketing Campaigns, With A Focus On Driving Performance And Roi.
Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team, Including Setting Goals, Providing Feedback, And Fostering A Collaborative And Innovative Work Environment.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Digital Marketing Platforms And Analytics Tools, Including Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, And Adwords. Experience With Data-Driven Decision Making And A/B Testing Is Also Required.
