  1. Lead and oversee the incident management and prevention team to ensure the smooth operation of all media platforms and services.
  2. Develop and implement strategies and processes to identify and mitigate potential risks and incidents.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to proactively identify and address potential incidents before they occur.
  4. Monitor and analyze data to identify trends and patterns that could lead to potential incidents.
  5. Communicate effectively with senior management and stakeholders to keep them informed about potential risks and incidents.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to ensure a coordinated approach to incident prevention and management.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices related to incident management and prevention.
  8. Train and mentor team members to maintain a high level of expertise and professionalism.
  9. Create and maintain incident response plans and procedures to ensure a timely and effective response to any incidents.
  10. Lead incident response efforts when necessary, including coordinating with internal and external teams and stakeholders.
  11. Conduct post-incident reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  12. Continuously evaluate and improve incident management and prevention processes to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.
  13. Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure incident management and prevention processes are aligned with company goals and objectives.
  14. Serve as a subject matter expert on incident management and prevention, providing guidance and support to other teams and departments as needed.
  15. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the incident management and prevention team.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Incident Management And Prevention: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Managing And Preventing Incidents In A Large Organization, Preferably In The Media Or Entertainment Industry. They Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Handling High-Pressure Situations And Mitigating Potential Risks.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: As A Senior Director, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team Of Incident Management And Prevention Professionals. They Should Possess Excellent Leadership Skills, Including The Ability To Mentor And Motivate Team Members, Delegate Tasks Effectively, And Make Critical Decisions In A Timely Manner.

  • Knowledge Of Industry Best Practices: The Candidate Should Be Well-Versed In Industry Best Practices For Incident Management And Prevention. They Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Relevant Regulations And Compliance Requirements, As Well As The Latest Technologies And Tools Used In Incident Management.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: The Role Of A Senior Director In Incident Management And Prevention Requires Constant Communication And Coordination With Various Stakeholders, Including Executives, Legal Teams, And External Partners.
