  6. Manage and allocate budgets effectively to maximize ROI and achieve set KPIs.
  7. Conduct research and identify new opportunities for performance marketing initiatives.
  8. Work with external partners and vendors to execute campaigns and ensure timely delivery.
  9. Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of goals, strategies, and results.
  10. Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall growth and success of the performance marketing department.
  11. Maintain a strong understanding of the company's brand and voice to ensure consistency in all campaigns.
  12. Identify and troubleshoot any issues or challenges that may arise during campaigns.
  13. Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate performance marketing efforts with other marketing initiatives.
  14. Keep track of industry regulations and compliance guidelines to ensure all campaigns are in line with legal requirements.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness of performance marketing efforts.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Advertising, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Performance Marketing, Preferably In The Media Or Entertainment Industry.

  • Proficiency In Digital Marketing Platforms, Including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, And Dsps.

  • Strong Analytical Skills And Experience With Data Analysis Tools, Such As Google Analytics Or Adobe Analytics.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Cross-Functionally With Teams Such As Creative, Sales, And Product.
