
Service Desk Leader
In this opportunity you and your other peers will collaborate and share the operational management responsibility of Tech Line’s day to day. Utilize your expertise to effectively manage our Service Desk analyst and to ensure quality service across the enterprise. Support the Service Desk Analyst to achieve daily, weekly, monthly SLA targets. Work closely with your team by providing first point of escalation support and management while ensuring overall compliance to our governance framework. Prepare internal reports as required by management. Partner with other technology and business teams to provide service. Ensure the team provides maximum customer satisfaction while meeting SLA targets. Identify and progress continual service improvement opportunities.
Experience of managing IVR or ACD contact demand
Relevant experience of performing and managing to clearly defined SLA targets
Understanding of ITIL fundamentals
Experience with common technologies including Windows, OSX, Office 365, AD etc
