- Develop and implement financial strategies and plans to drive the financial performance of Universal Destinations & Experiences.
- Oversee the financial operations of Universal theme parks and resorts, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Provide strategic financial guidance to senior leadership, including analyzing financial data and presenting recommendations for growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement cost-saving initiatives and revenue-generating opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and industry standards.
- Lead the financial planning and analysis process, including setting financial targets, monitoring progress, and making necessary adjustments.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership, investors, and industry partners.
- Manage and mentor a team of financial professionals, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their full potential.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, and use this knowledge to make informed business decisions.
- Represent Universal Destinations & Experiences in financial meetings and presentations.
- Continuously review and improve financial processes and procedures to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the entertainment industry, specifically the theme park sector, to inform financial decisions and strategies.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to stakeholders, including senior leadership and investors.
- Collaborate with other senior leaders to drive overall business strategy and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Extensive Financial Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In A Senior Financial Role, With A Proven Track Record Of Success In Managing Complex Financial Operations And Budgets.
