  1. Develop and implement quality and reliability standards for all NBCUniversal Media productions.
  2. Oversee and manage the quality assurance process, including conducting audits and reviews to ensure compliance with established standards.
  3. Collaborate with production teams to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to increase quality and reliability.
  4. Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends and proactively address potential issues.
  5. Train and mentor production staff on quality and reliability best practices.
  6. Stay current on industry trends and advancements in technology to continuously improve and update quality and reliability standards.
  7. Lead cross-functional teams to drive quality and reliability initiatives and projects.
  8. Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, including senior management, to provide updates on quality and reliability efforts.
  9. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of quality and reliability processes.
  10. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the production teams.
  11. Collaborate with external partners and vendors to ensure their products and services meet NBCUniversal Media's quality and reliability standards.
  12. Manage and allocate resources effectively to meet project deadlines and goals.
  13. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to quality and reliability.
  14. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
  15. Act as a subject matter expert on quality and reliability for the company, providing guidance and support as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Business, Or A Related Field With A Focus On Quality Assurance, Reliability, Or Operations Management.

  • Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In A Senior Management Role With A Focus On Quality And Reliability In A Media Or Entertainment Industry.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Implementing And Managing Quality Control Processes, Ensuring Compliance With Industry Standards And Regulations.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Manage A Team, Including Setting Clear Goals, Providing Guidance And Feedback, And Promoting A Positive And Collaborative Work Environment.

  • Excellent Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Address Potential Quality And Reliability Issues Before They Become Major Problems.
