- Lead and manage a team of project members, ensuring clear roles and responsibilities are defined and adhered to.
- Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to identify business requirements and ensure that they are incorporated into the SAP S4 system.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management on key milestones, risks, and issues.
- Develop and maintain project budgets and timelines, ensuring that the project is completed within approved time and cost constraints.
- Conduct regular meetings with project team members to ensure effective communication and alignment of project goals.
- Identify and mitigate any potential project risks and issues, and provide proactive solutions to keep the project on track.
- Develop and maintain relationships with SAP vendors and external consultants, ensuring that they are meeting project requirements and delivering high-quality work.
- Provide guidance and support to end-users during the implementation process, ensuring a smooth transition to the new SAP S4 system.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess the effectiveness of the project and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and updates in SAP S4, and make recommendations for system enhancements to meet changing business needs.
- Act as a subject matter expert on SAP S4, providing guidance and training to team members and end-users as needed.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Program/Project Management, Preferably In A Large Organization Implementing Sap S4.
Strong Understanding Of The End-To-End Sap S4 Implementation Process, Including Planning, Design, Configuration, Testing And Deployment.
Proven Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Stakeholders.
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Technical Information To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
