  4. Monitor and maintain broadcast equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  5. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in broadcast technology.

  7. Ensure compliance with all safety and technical standards during live broadcasts.
  8. Coordinate with vendors and external partners for equipment rentals, repairs, and maintenance.
  9. Develop and maintain technical documentation and standard operating procedures.
  10. Assist in the setup and breakdown of equipment for live broadcasts and events.
  11. Participate in regular meetings to discuss technical aspects of upcoming productions.
  12. Continuously evaluate and improve production workflows and processes.
  13. Stay organized and prioritize tasks to meet tight production deadlines.
  14. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  15. Collaborate with other departments to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that may impact the overall production.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering, Broadcast Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In A Broadcast Engineering Role, Preferably In A Live Sports Production Environment.

  • Knowledge And Experience With Broadcast Equipment, Including Cameras, Switchers, Routers, And Audio Consoles.

  • Proficiency In Troubleshooting And Problem-Solving Complex Technical Issues In A Fast-Paced Live Production Environment.

  • Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With A Team And Communicate Technical Information To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
