Job Description

As the Product Operations Senior Manager at NBCUniversal Media, you will play a vital role in driving the success of our digital products and platforms. Reporting directly to the Director of Product Operations, you will lead a team to manage the day-to-day operations of our digital products, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet our high-quality standards. We are seeking a results-driven and highly organized individual who is passionate about the media industry and has a strong understanding of digital product development.   1. Lead and manage a team responsible for the day-to-day operations of NBCUniversal Media's digital products and platforms.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Development, Design, Engineering, and Content to ensure successful product launches and updates.
  3. Develop and implement processes and procedures to ensure efficient and effective product operations.
  4. Monitor and track project timelines and budgets, making adjustments as needed to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  5. Work closely with the Director of Product Operations to develop and maintain product roadmaps, prioritizing features and enhancements based on business goals and user feedback.
  6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with external vendors and partners, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
  7. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on product performance and metrics.
  8. Continuously evaluate and improve product operations processes to increase efficiency and quality.
  9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, providing recommendations for improving product operations.
  10. Mentor and support team members, providing guidance and development opportunities to help them grow in their roles.
  11. Collaborate with other senior managers to develop and implement overall product strategy.
  12. Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, from individual contributors to executive leadership.
  13. Handle any issues or escalations related to product operations in a timely and professional manner.
  14. Represent NBCUniversal Media at industry events and conferences, showcasing our digital products and sharing insights on product operations.
  15. Maintain a strong understanding of NBCUniversal Media's products, platforms, and competitive landscape.
