  1. Lead the development of product vision, strategy, and roadmap for NBCUniversal Media, in alignment with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  2. Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and trends in the media and entertainment industry.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, marketing, and content to deliver high-quality and user-friendly products.
  4. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our target audience, their needs, and behaviors to inform product decisions.
  5. Gather and prioritize product requirements from various stakeholders, and effectively communicate and manage expectations throughout the product development process.
  6. Develop and maintain a product backlog, and ensure timely delivery of features and enhancements.
  7. Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of product initiatives.
  8. Conduct user testing and gather feedback to continuously improve and iterate on existing products.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to inform product strategy.
  10. Act as a product evangelist, promoting and advocating for our products both internally and externally.
  11. Coach and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
  12. Collaborate with other product managers and teams within NBCUniversal to share best practices and drive cross-platform product initiatives.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Product Management, Preferably Within The Media/Entertainment Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Data And Analytics, With The Ability To Use Data To Drive Product Strategy And Decision-Making.

  • Excellent Communication And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Lead Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Knowledge Of Current Industry Trends And The Ability To Identify And Capitalize On New Opportunities For Growth And Innovation.
