
Product Manager, Operational Insights

- Develop and execute strategic plans for the operational insights products, in alignment with the overall goals and objectives of NBCUniversal Media.
- Lead and manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality products.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape, and use this information to inform product decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, data analysts, and stakeholders, to define product requirements and prioritize features.
- Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to internal teams and external stakeholders, including executives, clients, and partners.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the operational insights products, including features, capabilities, and technical architecture, to effectively guide product decisions.
- Monitor and analyze product performance, user feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Develop and manage product roadmaps, timelines, and budgets to ensure timely and successful product launches.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to create product messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
- Stay updated with industry developments and emerging technologies to continuously enhance the operational insights products.
- Mentor and support junior product team members, fostering a culture of growth and continuous learning.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and legal requirements in the development and launch of products.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of data and analytics to effectively leverage data-driven insights in product decision-making.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate product performance metrics to ensure that products are meeting business goals and objectives.
