The On-Air Scheduling Specialist will be responsible for the day-to-day management of programming schedules and the coordination of on-air promotional campaigns.The ideal candidate should have a strong knowledge of television broadcast operations and the ability to work well with people from different departments. Responsibilities:

  1. Manage day-to-day programming schedules and promotional campaigns.
  2. Monitor and ensure accuracy of on-air broadcast schedules.
  3. Collaborate with various internal teams to coordinate promotions and ensure accuracy of broadcast materials.
  4. Track and analyze ratings and report results and recommendations to stakeholders.
  5. Develop strategies to optimize promotional campaigns and reach target audiences.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments.
  7. Work with external vendors to acquire and manage promotional materials.
  8. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to broadcast schedules.
  9. Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports on scheduling activities.
  10. Develop, maintain and update all relevant databases and documents.
