
Manager, Training & Quality

- Develop and implement training programs: Design, plan, and execute training programs that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness: Continuously assess the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements to ensure optimal employee performance.
- Identify training needs: Conduct thorough assessments of employee skills and identify areas where training is needed to improve performance.
- Create training materials: Develop engaging and informative training materials such as presentations, manuals, and videos that effectively convey important information to employees.
- Coordinate training sessions: Schedule and organize training sessions, ensuring that all employees are aware of the training and have the necessary resources to participate.
- Manage training budget: Develop and manage the training budget, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently and effectively.
- Ensure quality control: Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure that all training materials and programs meet the company's standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends: Keep abreast of industry developments and best practices to continuously improve training programs and ensure they remain relevant and effective.
- Provide feedback and coaching: Provide constructive feedback and coaching to employees to help them improve their performance and achieve their career goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders: Work closely with various departments and stakeholders to identify training needs and develop programs that meet their specific needs.
- Manage a team: Lead and manage a team of trainers and quality control specialists to ensure all training programs are delivered effectively and meet the company's standards.
- Maintain records: Keep accurate records of training activities, attendance, and employee progress to track the success of training programs and identify areas for improvement.
- Uphold company values: Serve as a role model for the company's values and promote a positive and inclusive work culture through training programs.
- Adhere to legal and ethical standards: Ensure all training programs and materials comply with legal and ethical standards to maintain the company's reputation and avoid any legal issues.
- Continuously improve processes: Identify and implement process
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Business, Communications, Or Media.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Training And Quality Management, Preferably In A Media Or Entertainment Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Training And Development Methods, Instructional Design, And Best Practices For Quality Assurance.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Train And Motivate A Team.
Experience With Data Analysis And Reporting, With A Focus On Identifying And Implementing Improvements To Training And Quality Processes.
