- Create and manage content calendars for all social media platforms, ensuring a consistent and strategic presence across all channels.
- Monitor and analyze social media trends and platforms to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create and execute innovative social media campaigns and activations that align with the overall brand strategy.
- Manage and oversee social media budgets, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.
- Build and maintain relationships with key influencers and partners to amplify our social media presence and drive engagement.
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and emerging trends in social media and entertainment to inform and improve our strategies.
- Develop and present regular reports on social media performance, including insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring that all social media content and messaging aligns with brand standards and values.
- Train and mentor team members on social media best practices and assist in their professional development.
- Monitor and respond to social media inquiries and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, PR, and content creation, to ensure cohesive and integrated social media strategies.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the social media team and across the organization.
- Continuously identify and implement new and innovative ways to engage with our audience and drive buzz around our content.
- Represent NBCUniversal Media at industry events and conferences to network and stay informed on the latest social media trends and strategies.
Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Social Media Marketing, Preferably Within The Entertainment Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Current Social Media Trends And Platforms, And Ability To Develop And Execute Effective Social Media Campaigns.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Lead Cross-Functional Teams.
Proven Track Record Of Driving Results And Achieving Measurable Goals, With A Strong Understanding Of Analytics And Reporting.
