Manager, Incident Management

As the Manager of Incident Management, you’ll be responsible for leading our incident response team in providing solutions to any system-related issues in a timely and effective manner. We’re looking for an individual with a strong technical background and the capacity to lead a team. Responsibilities:

• Lead the incident response team in providing solutions to any system-related issues
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of incidents
• Monitor incident resolution progress and adjust team assignments as necessary
• Develop and implement strategies to improve incident management processes
• Create incident reports and analyze metrics to track performance
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely problem resolution
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including vendors, customers, and other teams
• Train, mentor, and coach team members on incident response best practices and procedures
• Identify areas for improvement and develop plans to address them
• Stay up-to-date on industry standards and technologies related to incident management
