- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and legal requirements.
- Oversee and manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviewing.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on all HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and career development.
- Conduct training and development programs to enhance employees' skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop strategic plans to attract, retain and develop top talent.
- Manage the employee onboarding and offboarding process, ensuring a positive and seamless experience for all employees.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR to continuously improve processes and enhance the employee experience.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Serve as a liaison between employees and management, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for change.
- Lead and mentor the HR team, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional growth and development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement company-wide initiatives and programs.
- Maintain a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting diversity and fostering a culture of respect and teamwork.
- Handle employee relations matters, including investigations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
- Prepare and manage the HR budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and efficiently.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Hr Leadership Role, Preferably In The Media/Entertainment Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Employment Laws And Regulations, Including Eeo And Ada.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships At All Levels Of The Organization.
Proven Track Record Of Developing And Executing Strategic Hr Initiatives, Such As Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, And Performance Management.
