  1. Develop and implement digital marketing analytics strategies to support business objectives.
  2. Conduct thorough analysis of digital marketing campaigns and provide actionable insights to inform decision making.
  3. Utilize web analytics tools to track and measure digital marketing performance and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish measurable goals for digital marketing initiatives.
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing analytics to continuously improve strategies and approaches.
  6. Monitor and report on digital marketing performance metrics, providing regular updates to key stakeholders.
  7. Identify opportunities for optimization and growth based on data and insights, and work with the team to implement solutions.
  8. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track and communicate digital marketing performance.
  9. Manage and mentor a team of digital marketing analysts to ensure high-quality analysis and reporting.
  10. Work closely with the digital marketing team to align analytics with overall marketing goals and objectives.
  11. Collaborate with external partners and agencies to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of digital marketing efforts.
  12. Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI on digital marketing initiatives.
  13. Identify areas for improvement in digital marketing processes and implement solutions to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  14. Communicate complex data and insights to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  15. Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
  16. Continuously evaluate and test new tools and methodologies to improve digital marketing analytics capabilities.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Marketing, Business Analytics, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum 5 Years Of Experience In Digital Marketing Analytics, Preferably In A Media Or Entertainment Setting.

  • Proficient In Data Analysis And Visualization Tools Such As Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, And Tableau.

  • Strong Understanding Of Digital Marketing Channels, Including Seo, Sem, Email, Social Media, And Display Advertising.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Manage And Mentor A Team Of Analysts.
