  1. Oversee and manage the data engineering team, ensuring all projects and tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  2. Develop and implement data-driven strategies to improve business processes and decision making.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
  4. Design and maintain data architecture and infrastructure to support various data needs.
  5. Ensure data quality and integrity by implementing best practices and processes.
  6. Lead the development of data pipelines and ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in data engineering to continuously improve processes and technologies.
  8. Manage and optimize data storage and retrieval systems.
  9. Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures.
  10. Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, promoting a collaborative and positive work environment.
  11. Collaborate with other managers and stakeholders to align data engineering efforts with overall business goals.
  12. Monitor and analyze data usage and performance to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations.
  13. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
  14. Ensure adherence to data security and privacy standards.
  15. Represent the TVE team in meetings and communicate updates and progress to upper management.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Data Engineering, Preferably In The Media Or Entertainment Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Data Processing, Warehousing, And Etl Tools Such As Hadoop, Spark, And Informatica.

  • Excellent Leadership And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Lead A Team And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.

  • In-Depth Understanding Of Data Governance, Data Quality, And Data Security Principles, As Well As Experience With Data Modeling And Data Architecture.
