As the Manager of Business Development (Games & Digital Platforms), you will play a crucial role in expanding our presence in the gaming and digital space.   1. Develop and implement strategic partnerships with key players in the gaming and digital space to drive business growth and expand our presence in the market.
  2. Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and execute on new revenue streams.
  4. Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing partners, while continuously seeking out new potential partnerships.
  5. Develop and present business proposals and pitches to senior executives and stakeholders.
  6. Monitor and analyze industry and competitor activities to inform business strategy and identify potential threats or opportunities.
  7. Negotiate and manage contracts and agreements with partners.
  8. Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of partnerships.
  9. Drive revenue growth through effective management of partnerships and identifying new business opportunities.
  10. Stay up-to-date with developments in the gaming and digital space, and make recommendations for new business initiatives.
  11. Represent NBCUniversal Media at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to build relationships and promote our brand.
  12. Provide regular reporting on business development activities, progress, and results to senior management.
  13. Maintain a deep understanding of our company's goals, values, and brand to effectively represent and promote our business to potential partners.
  14. Foster a collaborative and positive work environment within the business development team.
  15. Continuously improve and optimize processes and strategies to enhance business development efforts and drive results.

  • Experience In The Gaming Industry: A Manager Of Business Development At Nbcuniversal Media Should Have A Strong Understanding Of The Gaming Industry, Including Current Trends, Key Players, And Business Models. This Experience Should Include A Successful Track Record Of Developing Partnerships And Driving Revenue Within The Gaming Space.

  • Digital Platform Expertise: In Addition To Gaming, The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Digital Platforms And How They Can Be Leveraged For Business Development Opportunities. This May Include Experience With Streaming Services, Social Media Platforms, And E-Commerce.

  • Strategic Thinking And Business Acumen: As A Manager, This Individual Will Be Responsible For Identifying And Evaluating Potential Partnerships And Business Opportunities. Therefore, They Should Possess Strong Strategic Thinking Skills And A Solid Understanding Of Business Principles And Financial Analysis.

  • Strong Communication And Negotiation Skills: The Ability To Effectively Communicate And Negotiate With Internal And External Stakeholders Is Essential For This Role. The Ideal Candidate Should Have Experience Building And Maintaining Relationships, As Well As Presenting And Pitching To Potential Partners.

  • Leadership And Team Management: As A Manager, This Individual Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team Of Business Development Professionals. Therefore, They Should Have Previous Experience In A Leadership Role, Including Managing And Coaching A Team To Drive Results And Meet Goals.
