Manager, Accounting & Reporting

The ideal candidate will have a passion for financial reporting and the ability to create and maintain a strong and effective accounting system.The successful candidate will be a detail-oriented and organized professional with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. They should demonstrate the highest level of accuracy and have an aptitude for working with large datasets. Our Manager of Accounting & Reporting will be responsible for providing accurate and reliable financial information to our internal and external stakeholders.To be successful in this role, candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and a minimum of five years of experience in an accounting or finance role. They should also have a strong working knowledge of US GAAP and related financial and accounting regulations. Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain an accounting system to ensure accurate and reliable financial information.
2. Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports in accordance with US GAAP and other relevant regulations.
3. Ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded and accounted for.
4. Monitor and review financial records for accuracy and completeness.
5. Prepare and review budget estimates and forecasts.
6. Manage all accounting and reporting tasks, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, tax filing, and other related activities.
7. Analyze and evaluate existing accounting processes and procedures and recommend improvements.
8. Provide internal and external stakeholders with accurate and timely financial information.
9. Develop and implement effective internal controls and procedures to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
10. Utilize financial reporting software to compile and analyze data.
11. Maintain and update accounting records and databases.
12. Stay abreast of changes in accounting regulations and standards.
