- Coordinate with outside vendors and contractors to secure necessary equipment and resources for live events.
- Work closely with production teams to develop and execute technical plans for upcoming live events, including contingency plans for potential issues.
- Uphold NBCUniversal's standards of quality and professionalism in all aspects of live event production.
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including on-site staff, remote teams, and network executives, to ensure a cohesive and successful live event production.
- Travel to various locations as needed for live events, and be available for on-call support during critical broadcast times.
Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Broadcasting, Media Production, Or Event Management.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Live Event Production, Preferably In A Sports Broadcasting Environment.
Strong Technical Knowledge And Proficiency In Audio, Video, Lighting, And Broadcast Equipment.
Proven Leadership And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Manage A Team And Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Abilities, With The Ability To Work Under Pressure And Adapt To Changing Live Event Situations.
