- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned international accounts, developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
- Develop and execute strategies to grow revenue and meet sales targets for assigned accounts.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and content teams, to develop customized solutions for clients.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring the best possible terms for both parties.
- Monitor and track sales performance, providing regular updates and reports to management.
- Identify and address any issues or concerns raised by clients, working to resolve them in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Stay updated on the latest developments and changes in the global media landscape, and use this knowledge to inform sales strategies.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences, networking with potential clients and promoting our brand.
- Continuously seek out new business opportunities and potential partnerships to expand our international presence.
- Train and mentor junior sales staff, sharing industry knowledge and best practices to help them achieve their targets.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, maintaining a high level of professionalism and ethical standards at all times.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Collaborate with finance and operations teams to ensure accurate and timely billing and payment processes for assigned accounts.
- Proactively communicate updates and progress on account management to relevant stakeholders.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field
Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Account Management Or Sales, Preferably In The Media Industry
Strong Understanding Of International Markets And Cultural Nuances
Ability To Travel Internationally And Work In A Fast-Paced, Deadline-Driven Environment.
