Global FinOps R2R Sr. Manager

At NBCUniversal Media, we are looking for an experienced Global FinOps R2R Sr. Manager to join our team. We are seeking a motivated, organized, and strategic leader to lead our Record to Report (R2R) team in the development and implementation of global financial operations processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving process improvements that will increase efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize operational and financial performance.The ideal candidate has a minimum of 8 years' experience in finance, accounting, and/or audit, ideally in a large, complex, and matrixed organization. They must have a proven track record of executing and driving financial processes, leveraging technology to drive process improvement, and managing and motivating a team of professionals. This individual must have strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with a variety of stakeholders across the organization. A CPA, MBA, and/or Big 4 experience are preferred. Above all, the candidate must demonstrate strong leadership skills and the ability to drive change.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement global financial operations processes for NBCUniversal Media’s Record to Report (R2R) team.
2. Drive process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize operational and financial performance.
3. Leverage technology to drive process improvement.
4. Manage and motivate a team of professionals.
5. Interact effectively with a variety of stakeholders across the organization.
6. Demonstrate strong leadership skills and the ability to drive change.
7. Monitor and enforce internal controls, compliance, and reporting processes.
8. Prepare and analyze financial reports and statements.
9. Provide strategic guidance and advice to senior management.
10. Develop and implement strategies for cost reduction and profitability.
