  1. Oversee and manage the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are properly maintained and utilized efficiently.
  2. Develop and implement processes and procedures to streamline fleet operations and reduce costs.
  3. Monitor and track vehicle usage, fuel consumption, and maintenance schedules to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  4. Negotiate and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to secure the best pricing and services for the company's fleet.
  5. Maintain accurate records and documentation for all fleet-related activities, including vehicle registrations, insurance, and maintenance reports.
  6. Coordinate and schedule vehicle repairs and servicing, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  7. Manage and track vehicle inventory, including new purchases and disposals.
  8. Communicate and collaborate with other departments to fulfill transportation needs for events, productions, and other business activities.
  9. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
  10. Provide training and support to employees on safe and efficient vehicle operations.
  11. Stay current on industry trends and advancements in fleet management technology to make recommendations for improvement.
  12. Manage and track fleet budget and expenses, identifying cost-saving opportunities.
  13. Resolve any issues or concerns related to the company's fleet in a timely and professional manner.
  14. Maintain a positive and collaborative working relationship with team members and other departments within the company.
  15. Adhere to company policies and procedures and ensure all fleet-related activities are compliant with applicable laws and regulations.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Fleet Management Or Related Role.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Vehicle And Equipment Maintenance, Licensing, And Registration Requirements.

  • Proficiency In Fleet Management Software Systems And Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Excellent Organizational And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Manage Multiple Tasks And Priorities In A Fast-Paced Environment.
