  1. Develop and implement retail media strategy in alignment with overall company goals and objectives.
  2. Lead and manage a team of retail media professionals to execute strategy effectively.
  3. Identify and establish partnerships with top retail brands to increase reach and drive revenue.
  4. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential growth opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration of retail media strategy across all company platforms.
  6. Monitor and track metrics and KPIs to measure the success of retail media partnerships and make data-driven decisions.
  7. Negotiate and manage contracts with retail partners, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
  8. Develop and manage budget for retail media strategy and partnerships.
  9. Act as a liaison between NBCUniversal Media and retail partners, maintaining positive and productive relationships.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry developments and innovations to continuously improve and evolve retail media strategy.
  11. Represent NBCUniversal Media at industry events and conferences to promote the brand and identify potential partnerships.
  12. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on the progress and success of retail media strategy and partnerships.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Retail Media Strategy: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 7-10 Years Of Experience In Developing And Executing Retail Media Strategies For Various Brands And Retailers. They Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Retail Media Landscape And How To Effectively Partner With Retailers To Drive Revenue And Growth.

  • Strong Knowledge Of The Media Industry: The Director Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of The Media Industry, Including Digital And Traditional Media Channels. They Should Be Well-Versed In Current Trends, Technologies, And Best Practices In Media Planning And Buying.

  • Strategic Thinking And Problem-Solving Skills: The Director Should Be A Strategic Thinker With The Ability To Identify And Capitalize On Opportunities In The Retail Media Space. They Should Also Possess Strong Problem-Solving Skills To Overcome Challenges And Drive Results.

  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills: As The Director Will Be Responsible For Building And Maintaining Partnerships With Retailers, They Should Have Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills. They Should Be Able To Effectively Present Ideas And Strategies To Stakeholders And Negotiate Deals That Benefit Both Parties.

  • Team Management And Leadership Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Experience Managing And Leading A Team In A Fast-Paced, Dynamic Environment. They Should Have The Ability To Motivate And Inspire Their Team To Achieve Goals And Deliver Results. Previous Experience In Managing Cross-Functional Teams Is Also Desirable.
