Job Description

At NBCUniversal Media, we are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Director of Marketing & Consumer Engagement to join our team. As a key member of the marketing team, you will lead the strategy and execution of customer engagement initiatives across our digital and traditional media channels. You will bring passion and creativity to drive our brand's reach and engagement.The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 7 years of marketing experience, a track record of developing and executing successful consumer engagement initiatives, and a proven ability to work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders. You should have a strong understanding of the digital media landscape, and a passion for staying up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies.If you are an experienced leader with a passion for driving meaningful customer engagement initiatives, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute consumer engagement initiatives that drive our brand's reach and engagement.
  2. Monitor and analyze data and trends related to customer engagement initiatives.
  3. Collaborate with a variety of stakeholders including other departments, external partners, and vendors.
  4. Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in the digital media landscape.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  6. Monitor and manage budget for consumer engagement initiatives.
  7. Create and present reports on the progress of consumer engagement initiatives.
  8. Provide guidance and leadership to the marketing team.
  9. Develop and implement strategies to optimize customer engagement initiatives.
  10. Ensure initiatives are in line with the brand's overall mission and objectives.
