- Develop and implement a comprehensive people strategy that aligns with the overall goals and objectives of the organization.
- Oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
- Create and maintain a diverse and inclusive work environment that values and promotes equity, diversity, and inclusion.
- Partner with senior leadership to identify and address key talent needs and develop strategies to attract, retain and develop top talent.
- Provide guidance and coaching to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
- Develop and implement training and development programs to support the growth and development of employees at all levels.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Partner with other HR leaders to drive consistency and alignment across the organization.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in human resources and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Manage a team of HR professionals and provide mentorship, guidance, and development opportunities.
- Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to support the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on all HR-related matters.
- Drive a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation within the HR team and across the organization.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate HR processes and programs to ensure effectiveness and make necessary adjustments as needed.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In A Hr Leadership Role, Preferably In The Media Or Entertainment Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Successful Implementation And Management Of Hr Policies And Programs.
Strong Knowledge Of Labor Laws, Employee Relations, And Talent Management Strategies.
Excellent Communication, Leadership, And Interpersonal Skills With The Ability To Work Effectively With All Levels Of Employees And Management.
