- Lead and direct the AI Operations team in developing and implementing innovative AI technologies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the AI team, ensuring all projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to understand business needs and identify opportunities for AI implementation.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and industry trends to inform strategic decision-making.
- Build and mentor a high-performing team, providing guidance and support to foster a culture of growth and development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into various business processes and systems.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of AI technologies, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Establish and maintain strong partnerships with external vendors and technology partners to leverage their expertise and resources.
- Develop and manage the AI operations budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and efficiently.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges associated with AI initiatives, proactively implementing solutions to minimize their impact.
- Communicate progress and updates on AI initiatives to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting successes and addressing any concerns.
- Champion a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the AI Operations team.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to AI development and operations.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Engineering, Or A Related Field With A Focus On Artificial Intelligence (Ai) And Machine Learning (Ml).
Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In Software Engineering, With At Least 3 Years In A Leadership Role In An Ai Or Ml-Focused Team.
Strong Understanding Of Machine Learning Algorithms, Natural Language Processing, And Big Data Technologies.
Proven Track Record In Delivering Complex Ai Projects On Time And Within Budget.
Exceptional Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And Communicate Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
