- Develop and implement data-driven strategies to optimize content engagement and performance across all platforms.
- Utilize various analytics tools to track and measure the success of content across multiple channels.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of audience behavior and consumption patterns to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, marketing, and digital teams, to develop and execute content optimization plans.
- Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on content performance and make recommendations for future content strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve content engagement and optimization efforts.
- Lead a team of content analysts and provide guidance, mentorship, and support in their professional development.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to enhance content performance and engagement.
- Identify and analyze potential risks and challenges in content engagement and optimization and provide proactive solutions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define and uphold NBCUniversal Media's content engagement and optimization standards and guidelines.
Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Communications, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In A Digital Content Strategy Or Analytics Role.
Strong Knowledge Of Digital Media Platforms And Analytics Tools, Such As Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, And Social Media Analytics.
Experience Leading And Managing A Team, With A Proven Track Record Of Driving Engagement And Optimizing Content Performance.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Present Data And Insights To Various Stakeholders And Make Strategic Recommendations Based On Findings.
