In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of product analytics for our streaming platforms, working closely with cross-functional teams to identify key metrics and insights that drive business growth.   1. Develop and implement product analytics strategy for NBCUniversal's streaming platforms.
  2. Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify key metrics and insights that drive business growth.
  3. Utilize data analysis techniques to identify trends and patterns in user behavior.
  4. Conduct regular performance reviews to assess the effectiveness of product features and make recommendations for improvements.
  5. Collaborate with product managers to define product goals and objectives.
  6. Use findings from data analysis to inform product roadmap and prioritize features.
  7. Monitor and report on product performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in product analytics and streaming.
  9. Lead A/B testing initiatives to improve product performance and user experience.
  10. Communicate data insights and recommendations to stakeholders, including senior leadership.
  11. Manage relationships with external partners and vendors to support data product needs.
  12. Train and mentor junior members of the data product team.
  13. Ensure data privacy and security protocols are in place and followed.
  14. Continuously identify opportunities for growth and improvement of the streaming platforms.
  15. Collaborate with product marketing and sales teams to develop data-driven strategies and campaigns.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Data Science, Computer Science, Or Business Analytics.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Product Management Or Product Analytics, Preferably In The Media Or Entertainment Industry.

  • Strong Analytical And Data Interpretation Skills, With Proficiency In Sql, Python, And Statistical Analysis Tools.

  • Prior Experience Working With Streaming Platforms And Understanding Of Key Metrics And Kpis In The Industry.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Present Complex Data To Non-Technical Stakeholders And Drive Data-Informed Decision Making.
