  1. Develop and lead the overall creative strategy for growth and lifecycle performance media campaigns.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of creative direction with overall business objectives.
  3. Drive innovation and identify new opportunities for creative execution to maximize engagement and growth.
  4. Oversee the development and execution of all performance media creative assets, including but not limited to digital ads, social media content, email marketing, and video campaigns.
  5. Utilize a data-driven approach to optimize and improve creative performance.
  6. Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform and enhance creative strategies.
  7. Manage a team of creative professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback.
  8. Ensure all creative assets adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent brand voice and identity.
  9. Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to execute campaigns and ensure high-quality deliverables.
  10. Communicate campaign results and provide recommendations for future campaigns to key stakeholders.
  11. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and platforms to continuously improve and evolve creative strategies.
  12. Foster a collaborative and positive team culture that promotes innovation, creativity, and growth.
  13. Represent the company and its values in all interactions with internal and external stakeholders.
  14. Manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and workflows to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: As A Creative Director, This Individual Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team Of Creative Professionals And Collaborating With Various Departments Within Nbcuniversal.
