  • Develop and implement innovative social media strategies and campaigns to promote NBCUniversal television shows and brand.
  • Create and maintain social media content calendars, ensuring timely and engaging posts across all platforms.
  • Monitor social media trends and best practices to continuously improve and optimize our social media presence.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop and execute cross-platform social media campaigns.
  • Engage and interact with our social media community, responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Track and analyze social media performance metrics, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for growth and engagement.
  • Assist with the creation of social media assets, including graphics, videos, and written content.
  • Manage social media partnerships and influencer collaborations.
  • Work closely with the digital marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing strategies.
  • Help develop and maintain brand voice and tone across all social media platforms.
  • Monitor and manage social media budgets and expenses.
  • Collaborate with the social media team to plan and execute live social coverage of events and premieres.
  • Support the social media team in maintaining a consistent and cohesive brand image across all digital platforms.
  • Continuously seek out new ways to engage and expand our audience on social media.
  • Stay informed on emerging social media platforms and make recommendations for potential expansion.
  • Train and mentor junior team members on social media best practices and procedures.
  • Act as a liaison between the social media team and other departments within the company to ensure cohesive and effective communication.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Communications, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Experience In Social Media Marketing, Preferably In The Media Or Entertainment Industry.

  • Proficiency In Managing And Creating Content For Various Social Media Platforms, Including But Not Limited To Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, And Linkedin.

  • Excellent Communication And Writing Skills, With The Ability To Craft Engaging And Compelling Social Media Copy.

  • Knowledge Of Social Media Analytics And Ability To Track And Report On Key Metrics To Inform Strategy And Measure Success.
