
Coordinator, Publicity
NBCUniversal Media is looking for a creative and organized Coordinator, Publicity to help us drive awareness and news engagement around our projects. As a key part of our Publicity team, you will be responsible for developing and executing publicity plans to ensure our projects reach their intended audiences. We are looking for an individual with a passion for media and entertainment who is able to think strategically and has a strong understanding of the current media and publicity landscape. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who is organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.If you have a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, or a related field and at least two years of experience working in the media/publicity space, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute publicity plans to ensure our projects reach their intended audiences.
- Monitor current media and publicity landscape and make recommendations on how to strategically leverage it for our projects.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure publicity plans are implemented effectively.
- Handle multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Utilize strong communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor and evaluate the success of publicity efforts.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and news stories related to our projects.
- Maintain organized records of all publicity efforts and activities.
