  1. Collaborate with various teams and departments within NBCUniversal to effectively promote and manage the media presence of our brands and properties.
  2. Assist in the development and execution of global publicity campaigns and initiatives.
  3. Develop and maintain relationships with key media contacts and outlets.
  4. Coordinate press materials, including press releases, media alerts, and fact sheets.
  5. Manage logistics for press events, such as screenings, interviews, and junkets.
  6. Monitor media coverage and compile reports for senior management.
  7. Assist in creating and managing publicity budgets.
  8. Support the team in creating and executing publicity strategies for specific projects.
  9. Provide timely and accurate information to internal and external stakeholders.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and news to contribute innovative ideas for publicity campaigns.
  11. Maintain and update media lists and databases.
  12. Handle administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and processing expenses.
  13. Act as a brand ambassador for NBCUniversal and uphold the company's values and standards.
  14. Support the team in managing crisis communications and handling media inquiries.
  15. Take on additional responsibilities and projects as assigned by senior management.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Communications, Public Relations, Or A Related Field.

  • 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Publicity Or Media Relations Role, Preferably In The Entertainment Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Global Media Landscape, Including Key Markets And Press Outlets.

  • Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Craft Compelling Press Releases And Pitch Materials.

  • Experience Managing Multiple Projects And Deadlines, With Strong Organizational And Time Management Skills.
