- Manage and maintain the brand strategy and positioning for all NBCUniversal franchises.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement brand marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify key market trends and opportunities for the company's franchises.
- Coordinate and support the development of marketing materials and assets, ensuring brand consistency and quality.
- Assist in the planning and execution of events and activations to promote the company's franchises.
- Monitor and track the performance of brand marketing initiatives, providing regular reports and insights to the team.
- Act as a liaison between the Franchise Management team and other departments within NBCUniversal.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities, making recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Support the team in managing budgets and timelines for various projects.
- Act as a representative of the company's values and mission, both internally and externally.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of brand marketing initiatives.
- Train and onboard new team members on brand guidelines and processes.
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing documents.
- Continuously seek out opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the company's franchises and their target audiences.
Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Communication, Business, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Franchise Management And Brand Marketing.
Strong Understanding Of Marketing Strategies And Techniques, Particularly In The Entertainment Industry.
Excellent Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Handle Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
Experience Working With Cross-Functional Teams And Managing Partnerships With External Vendors And Agencies.
