Contracts Specialist

Responsibilities:

1. Negotiate and manage contracts related to media and entertainment, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
2. Analyze and interpret contracts to ensure their terms and conditions are appropriate for the company.
3. Develop, implement, and maintain policies and procedures related to contract management.
4. Provide advice and guidance to stakeholders on contracts, including legal and compliance requirements.
5. Monitor contracts to ensure compliance with established timelines, deliverables, and other contractual provisions.
6. Facilitate dispute resolution between parties to contracts in a timely and effective manner.
7. Maintain records of all executed contracts and related documents.
8. Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations related to contracts and contract management.
9. Research and stay current on legal and regulatory developments related to contracts.
10. Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
