- Communicate with the transportation coordinator to plan and coordinate pick-up and drop-off schedules for executives and guests.

- Keep accurate records of trips, mileage, and maintenance logs for company vehicles.
- Remain knowledgeable about local traffic patterns and alternative routes to avoid delays.
- Ensure the safety and security of passengers and their belongings during transportation.
